Yet Another Soup Post

I quite honestly don’t care what the temperature is outside, I love soup. I can eat soup when it’s hot or cold outside.

Here are some of my very favorite soups as of late!

The Lentil Soup: Marco

I didn’t expect the lentil soup to be so good, but clearly it was, or I wouldn’t bother writing about it. Sometimes you just need a good vegetable soup. The way my mom makes it, the veggies are usually chunky and require a bit more work on the part of the eater. But not with this.

Add a glass of a light white wine for a lovely touch.

Chicken soup: Harpin’s

There’s not a whole lot more classic than a good, hearty, chicken soup. Paul Harpin does it right at Harpin’s.

Veggie Chili: Grow

Ok ok ok, I know chili isn’t really a soup- but many times it still get lumped in that vein. The veggie chili has a good amount of hearty vegetables- enough that the usual meat from a chili isn’t even missed!
