Being closed for almost a week with *zero* income can be devastating for a small business, not to mention the damages to building and inventory from a storm. Which got me to thinking… there’s so much all of us can do- and the holidays are just around the corner! So here’s some of my favorite Southern born businesses I’m going to be doing my holiday shopping within the state of Georgia:

This once small Georgia business has become huge! You can find their products nearly anywhere, but we love that you can please even the pickiest gift recipient with almost anything here- and you can still find them in many small businesses.

Ok, so color me biased- but my own dining room table will be delivered VERY SOON from these guys! And if you’re in a serious relationship it’s never a bad idea to go all out on a grand piece of furniture for a gift.

One of my very very favorite things is yoga, and it’s one of those things I don’t do enough for myself. The AiReal Yoga is my super fave, and while some might find it intimidating- I think it’s actually a great introduction into yoga. You’ll find it’s easier to get into certain poses that you might find difficult otherwise- and leave super empowered.
There’s always something clever and creative here for any little ones- mine can amuse themselves for hours with these fun toys.
