In Absence of Talking

There was a time when I was writing here multiple times per day, and y’all actually kept up with what I had to say!

Not only that, but you still read even my older posts- I can see the traffic.

I’ve been a little quiet over here in this neck of the woods, due to several reasons. But also because, I just didn’t think I had anything worthy to say.

I’ve changed my mind on that as of late, a combination of running into people who tell me they miss my columns (printed and online) and also doing a Facebook live radio show with the crew of That Guy You Met Today and also launching my own branding of That Girl You Met Today.

I’ve been surprised how many people introduce me as That Girl You Met Today out and about lately, a moniker that has only been pushed online through no real concerted effort on my part. I think it’s a testament to the branding skills of my friend Robert (That Guy) as well as how relevant my voice still is.

I think the lesson I want most to pass on here is not that I am relevant- but that you are, don’t second guess your own relevance and gifts that you have to give to this world. We need you, yes you, and all the brilliance that you bring.

Love to all y’all,

Molly
