I’m In Class And It’s Cold

Why do teachers always think if they freeze us to death it will keep us awake?

I’m SO much more likely to fall asleep, I just want to curl up in a little ball and get under the covers where it’s warm but I’m not where near my bed and I wanna be there now….

But seriously it’s must be like an old wives tale reserved especially for teachers that if they freeze us within an inch of our lives that we will pay more attention HELLLLLLLLO!!! All I can think about is a Pumpkin Spice Latte right now…

I wonder if I can make it to Starbucks during the class break? No… that can’t happen I know that… maybe I can walk to Jittery Joe’s? Or- maybe I can drive and somehow get a better parking space. However I’m still going to be late cause I parked a million and a half miles away from Stetson cause everyone circles the parking lot at 5:30 when all the evening students get here and all of the commuter education and business AND science students are here not to even mention the faculty.

Damn it I’m cold. And I think the shivering just made me pull my back muscles. Yep. Definitely getting older now.

Oh awesome the projector doesn’t work now we have to get up and move

AND THIS ROOM IS EVEN COLDER- Jesus Christ I mean, are they getting their moneys worth from my tuition just in the AC bill?!

I want a Pumpkin Spice Latte, and my bed.

I think I’ll bring a fleece blanket to class next time, oh but wait that would be one more thing to load in this damn suitcase of a bag and I already pulled my back muscle just from shivering now I’m gonna load it down some more?

Maybe I should just actually wear one of the five jackets that’s in my car from last winter that never made it to the dry cleaners….
