Handmade & Reclaimed For The Home

I love the idea of using all reclaimed wood and handmade furniture items for my home, but the reality of it is I don’t have the time to put into making these items… I don’t have the equipment… and even if I had either of those I don’t have the skill to even know where to start.

So I’m really happy that my friend Leland Walker has Covey Lane: a Georgia-based business where they handmade all kinds of items from reclaimed materials.

When I saw this antique lamp, painted one of my favorite shades of pink, pop up in my feed I HAD to have it!

I didn’t jump on this item soon enough, but the good news is- Covey Lane can custom make items as well:

But it’s not just larger pieces, you can even get smaller Christmas gifts like these really cool cheese boards. And as the caption on the original photo says, just needs some sanding and oil and they’re ready to go:

So if you’re out furniture shopping, or just need some really cool things for your home, I would recommend calling them up first or taking a look at their Facebook page.

Love to all y’all,
