Along Clayton Street in the heart of downtown sits one of Athens’ most outstanding shopping experiences. In addition to offering unique trends for every aesthetic, Flirt provides a wide selection of accessories and a fashion-forward team ready to help you find the perfect look. The girls that work here are like the stylish big sisters I never had! The staff is incredibly helpful, never pushy, and they really know how to tailor their service to your lifestyle and budget. Plus, they are the only boutique in town that offers a professional stylist in house and online. Stylist and Creative Director Jen Tello helped me find four outfits that showcase a variety of effortless cool Flirt fashions.

DSCN6512_picmonkeyedOutfit 1: When I’m walking to class it’s important for my outfit to be as warm as it is cute. This look is great for everyday, and thanks to an arsenal of layers it’s perfect for staying chic in the cold. This is my ideal outfit for running errands, going to class, or having lunch with friends. I am currently obsessed with layered necklaces, and these Mixed Media necklaces really hit the mark. Plus these jeans are Spanx…Yes, you read that right, and you’re welcome in advance! (Boho & On the go: Spanx skinny jeans  $124/ Karlie seamless tank $28/ Free People “Bella Coachella” layering top $58/ Navy Navajo Print Cardi by Karlie $78/ Mixed Media Necklace by Angie $14)

Outfit 2: This look is decidedly pulled together, but not trying too hard and definitely warm when paired with hose and booties. This warm knit dress is wonderful for when I’m out for a date with my guy and it’s a blustery outside. Plus I could even put a picture of us inside this adorable locket! (Preppy & Polished: Free People “Nordic Nights” Knit dress in Wine $168/ two-sided locket by Angie $30)

Fashion forward & Blogger inspired: Jen makes me feel like I don’t have to be from a big city to dress like a street style blogger. This look is all about being fearless, fabulous & playing with juxtaposition. I love how the soft, oversized dimensions of the sweater mitigate the short and slightly masculine vibe of the shorts.  This look is one to show off to your girlfriends next time you are having drinks! (Oversized fuzzy leopard motif sweater by Mink Pink $88/ Black vinyl boxer style athletic short by JOA $52 / Spanx reversible tights in black/charcoal $38/ Buttery soft citrine leather clutch by Mink Pink $72)

Outfit 4: This is not a look for wallflowers. This is what you wear when you want to pull out all the stops (but you don’t want to freeze to death doing it… Can you tell I really hate the cold?).  Try wearing the coat draped over the shoulders as a cape. It’s a chic styling tip Jen showed me that allows you to keep that fabulous coat on just a little bit longer if you need to.  (Dressy & Dramatic: Black “American Heiress” dress by Kalie $98/ Mink Pink “Royal Treatment” Coat $120)

Hands down, Flirt has the best mix and the best service in Athens. I love that their stylists know how to bring you out of your shell, putting you in a breathtaking, but surprisingly comfortable, outfit. I highly recommend stopping in next time you’re downtown and you want to check out some Athens boutiques. Let them help you find your inner Flirt!
