Do NOT Miss This: Rumor Boutique

One downside to traveling so much is I occasionally miss out on items at my favorite boutiques. This item sold out in… three days. So I’m guessing many of y’all missed out on it, too. But don’t despair! The ladies at Rumor have ordered more.

Perhaps by now y’all are wondering just what it is that I’m talking about. It’s the S’well bottles: not just any water bottle, these are specially made to keep liquids cold for TWENTY FOUR HOURS! And hot items hot for twelve. And they’re beautiful. Sarah Kauss, CEO and Founder, says on their website that:

In 2010, S’well was launched with a mission to rid the world of plastic bottles. With your continued support, we are doing just that! Every day, walking around the city I love, I see New Yorkers carrying the one thing S’well dreads the most — the plastic bottle. In the US alone, an estimated 50 billion plastic bottles are dumped in landfill sites each year, and over 200 billion globally.

When developing and designing the S’well bottle, we aimed to create a beautifully crafted bottle that keeps drinks cold for 24 hours and hot for 12, while also giving back to those in need. At S’well, we understand it’s important to be part of the solution, which is why we’re proud to partner with our many charity partners: we are working towards bettering our environment and communities around the world, one S’well bottle at a time.

So, what are some other great things about this item? Well, it fits in a standard sized cup holder- so for someone like me who commutes this is awesome! No condensation. It’s big enough to fit ice cubes. And the cap won’t leak AND holds carbonation.

Basically, you will never need another bottle again.

Plus, using one S’well bottle is equal to reducing the use of 3,000 plastic bottles per year.

You can get them in 9, 17, or 25 ounce sizes!

And- S’well gives back:

” S’well®, is a proud supporter of the U.S. Fund for UNICEF, donating $100,000 to help provide clean water to the world’s most vulnerable children. UNICEF works in more than 100 countries around the world to improve access to safe water and sanitation facilities in schools and communities and to promote safe hygiene practices. For example, with just $1, UNICEF can give one child safe drinking water for 40 days. To learn more visit www.unicefusa.org.”

Make your way over to Rumor Boutique now before they sell out again! In fact, I’m going to email them to ask if I can go ahead and buy one over the phone for when they arrive…..

Love to all y’all,

Molly
